Terms and Conditions: Sara Pope Art Salon Privé Giveaway

Definitions: For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Organizer" refers to Sara Pope. "The Giveaway" refers to the Sara Pope Art Salon Privé Giveaway. The "Prize" refers to a pair of tickets worth £110 for entry into the event, on either Saturday 30th or Sunday 31st August!   
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and above on the date of their entry to the competition. The Competition is worldwide.
Entry Requirements: To enter the Giveaway, participants must subscribe to the website www.sarapopeart.com using the form above, for news, invitations and updates. No purchase is necessary. Existing subscribers will also need to fill out the form above to be entered into the Competition. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. The Organizer reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
Timescales: The opening date of the Giveaway is Sunday 1st June 2025 at 9:00 GMT and all entries must be received by midnight GMT on Sunday 15th January 2025. The winner will be notified on Monday 16th June 2025 via email.  The selected winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be chosen.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random by the Organizer from eligible entries.  The selection process will be conducted solely by the Organizer using a random number generator.
The Organizer will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Organizer takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
Prize Claim: The winner must provide valid contact information for prize delivery. Any taxes or duties related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Delivery of artwork will be free of charge.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used only for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the entrant's consent. Your use of the www.sarapopeart.com website is covered by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Modification or Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Compliance: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Organizer, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. No correspondence will be entered into.
Release: By participating, entrants release the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to the Giveaway and the prize won.
Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Organizer’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Organizer shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Non-affiliation disclaimer with third party services. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram or Mailchimp (the Mail List Hosting Service).
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Laws.

By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
